RETURN POLICY

Chio does not accept returns. We are happy to credit or exchange within 7 days of shipping. All items must have original packaging, tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will be returned to you and your account will be charged $25. Sale items final sale and not eligible for exchange.  Request for return

Email us for a Return Authorization Number to start the exchange process. This number must be clearly written on the front of the package. Please complete the exchange form in its entirety and indicate what items you would like in exchange.

If you choose to receive a credit, the credit amount will remain on your Chio account and will be redeemable by email. The credit note issued by CHIO is valid for one year from the date of issuance. After one year, the credit note will expire and cannot be used for any purchases or transactions. Please note that any shipping charges associated with the redeemed purchase using the credit note will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These charges will be incurred in addition to the price of purchased item(s) and need to be settled separately. The credit note is non-transferable amd can be only used by the original purchaser. It can not be gifted,sold, or shared with others.The credit note cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other ongoing promotions,discounts,coupons, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Loss or Misplacement: CHIO takes no responsibility for lost or misplaced credit notes. Therefore, it it important to keep it secure and readily accessible for future use.

Shipping charges for exchanges will not be refunded, returned or reimbursed. All future shipping charges for exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Any exchange received at our facility after 14 days of original shipment date will be refused and returned to you.

Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be resent at the customer’s expense.

We reserve the right to refuse service/sale.

Chio is not liable for any duties, taxes, custom charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. If any item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges may apply. Prices and availability of stock are subject to change without notice. Chio is not responsible for possible errors on the site.

OUR GUARANTEE

Chio guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 7 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. Chio suits and clothing are very delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. Due to the differences in internet services and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in reality and does not constitute imperfections or damage to the item.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available for in-stock items only and not available for p.o. boxes or apo/dpo/ addresses. All orders are subject to verification days for order processing

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Your order may be subject to additional VAT, import duties and/or taxes. CHIO ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
